तेन धान्यपण्यविक्रये व्यवहरेतानुग्रहेण प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०४.२.२७ ॥

Transliteration

tena dhānyapaṇyavikraye vyavaharet anugraheṇa prajānām

Translation

Accordingly, he should conduct/oversee the sale of grain and merchandise with the aim of benefiting (showing favor to) the people.
