तेन धान्यपण्यनिचयांश्चानुज्ञाताः कुर्युः ॥ कZ_०४.२.२५ ॥

Transliteration

tena dhānyapaṇyanicayāṃś cānujñātāḥ kuryuḥ

Translation

Under that regulation, they may build up stocks of grain and merchandise only when duly authorized.
