Sutra 19

न च प्राकांयमकामायां लभेत ॥ कZ_०४.१२.१९ ॥

na ca prākāṃyam akāmāyāṃ labheta

And he shall not obtain ‘prākāmya’ (any privileged/desired entitlement) when the woman is unwilling (akāmā).
