Sutra 13

न च प्राकांयमकामायां लभेत ॥ कZ_०४.१२.१३ ॥

na ca prākāṃyam akāmāyāṃ labheta

And no legal right of sexual access (prākāmya) is obtained in the case of a woman who is unwilling (akāmā).
