śūdrasya brāhmaṇavādino devadravyamavastṛṇato rājadviṣṭamādiśato dvinetrabhedinaśca yogāñjanenāndhatvamaṣṭaśato vā daṇḍaḥ
For a Śūdra who claims/poses as a Brāhmaṇa, who misappropriates property belonging to a deity/temple, who incites hostility against the king, or who pierces both eyes (of another), the penalty is blinding by medicated collyrium, or a fine of 800 (paṇas).
All are treated as high-threat acts: sacrilege undermines public legitimacy and revenue streams; incitement attacks political stability; severe bodily harm disrupts order—hence comparable deterrent penalties.
