Sutra 3

राजन्ययोगक्षेमावहे तु धनिकधारणिकयोश्चरित्रमवेक्षेत ॥ कZ_०३.११.०३ ॥

rājanyayogakṣemāvahe tu dhanikadhāraṇikayoś caritram avekṣeta

But in matters that bear upon the king’s security and stability, he shall examine the conduct/record of financiers and deposit-holders/treasurers.
