तत्रापि गृहीतानुपूर्व्या राजश्रोत्रियद्रव्यं वा पूर्वं प्रतिपादयेत् ॥ कZ_०३.११.२० ॥

Transliteration

tatrāpi gṛhītānupūrvyā rājaśrotriyadravyaṃ vā pūrvaṃ pratipādayet

Translation

Even in such combined matters, repayment/handing over shall follow the order of prior attachment/seizure; and royal property or śrotriya (Brahmin endowment) property shall be restored first.
