परपशूनां राजाङ्केन परिवर्तयिता रूपस्य पूर्वं साहसदण्डं दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.२९.१७ ॥
Transliteration
parapaśūnāṃ rājāṅkena parivartayitā rūpasya pūrvaṃ sāhasadaṇḍaṃ dadyāt
Translation
One who alters another’s animals by changing their identity using the royal brand shall first be made to pay the sāhasa fine (a severe penalty) corresponding to the animal’s value/identity.
