सम्यातीर्नावः क्षेत्रानुगताः शुल्कं याचेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.११ ॥

Transliteration

samyātīrnāvaḥ kṣetrānugatāḥ śulkaṃ yācet

Translation

Toll should be demanded from boats that have crossed properly and entered the regulated jurisdiction/tracts.
