दासाहितकबन्धूनशृण्वतो राजा विनयं ग्राहयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.०१.२५ ॥

Transliteration

dāsāhitaka-bandhūn aśṛṇvato rājā vinayaṃ grāhayet

Translation

A person who does not listen to the complaints of slaves, hired laborers/dependents, or kinsmen shall be made to submit to disciplinary correction by the king.
