Sutra 34

महापराधानर्थमानाभ्यामुपगृह्य वा शस्त्ररसाग्निभिरमित्रे प्रणिदध्यात् ॥ कZ_०९.६.३४ ॥

mahāparādhān arthamānābhyām upagṛhya vā śastrarasāgnibhir amitre praṇidadhyāt

Or, having secured (them) through (charges of) major offences, or by inducement and honor, he should deploy (means of harm) against the enemy—by weapons, poison/chemical substances, or fire.
