Sutra 33

ततः सत्त्रिणः परेषु ग्राहयेयुः एतत्पण्यमरिप्रदत्तमिति ॥ कZ_०९.६.३३ ॥

tataḥ sattriṇaḥ pareṣu grāhayeyuḥ etatpaṇyam aripradattam iti

Thereafter, the state’s covert agents should get them arrested among the outsiders (i.e., in the enemy’s sphere) on the charge: “This merchandise was supplied by the enemy.”
