Sutra 5

सुव्याजा हि प्रतिजपितारो भवन्ति नोपजपितारः ॥ कZ_०९.५.०५ ॥

suvyājā hi pratijapitāro bhavanti nopajapitāraḥ.

Those who conduct counter-intrigue are (typically) well-disguised/operating under good pretexts; not so the subverters.
