Sutra 19

दूष्यशुद्धौ हि दोषः पुनरन्यान्दूषयति ॥ कZ_०९.५.१९ ॥

dūṣyaśuddhau hi doṣaḥ punar anyān dūṣayati

But if only the corruptible persons are ‘purified’ (removed/cleansed), the corrupting factor again corrupts others.
