ममैवान्या परा मूर्त्तिस्तं शशाङ्क न संशयः ॥ एतल्लिङ्गार्च्छकानां च भक्तानां मम सर्वदा ॥
mamaivānyā parā mūrtiḥ taṃ śaśāṅka na saṃśayaḥ || etal liṅgārcchakānāṃ ca bhaktānāṃ mama sarvadā ||
„Das ist wahrlich eine andere, höhere Erscheinungsform von mir, o Śaśāṅka, ohne Zweifel. So ist es immer für meine Verehrer, auch für jene, die den Liṅga verehren.“
