FAQs

It preserves a dialogic teaching style in which Earth (Medinī/Pṛthivī) is directly instructed, aligning Purāṇic cosmology with practical disciplines of mind.

“Medinī” is a personified Earth, not a specific region; it functions as a cosmological addressee rather than a map reference.

Gather attention into single-pointed focus and adopt a disciplined path that integrates knowledge and yoga within devoted practice.
