Expiations for Ritual and Temporal Offences in Worship, and the Prescribed Purificatory Procedure

Upaspṛśya

अविधानेन संस्पृश्य यो हि मामुपसर्पति ॥ स मूर्खः पापकर्मा च मम विप्रियकारकः ॥

avidhānena saṃspṛśya yo hi māmupasarpati || sa mūrkhaḥ pāpakarmā ca mama vipriyakārakaḥ ||

Wer, nachdem er unvorschriftsmäßig berührt oder gehandelt hat, ohne die gebührende Regel, zu mir herantritt: der ist töricht, ein Täter sündiger Werke und einer, der mir Missfallen bereitet.
