Ritual Attendant Protocol
वक्ष्यमाणेन मन्त्रेण उद्धृत्य दन्तकाष्ठकम् ॥ दीपं न ज्वालयेत् तावद् यावन्न स्पृश्यते धरा ॥
vakṣyamāṇena mantreṇa uddhṛtya dantakāṣṭhakam || dīpaṃ na jvālayet tāvad yāvan na spṛśyate dharā ||
Nachdem man, während das noch zu nennende Mantra gesprochen wird, das Zahnreinigungsstäbchen aufgenommen hat, soll man die Lampe nicht entzünden, solange die Erde nicht berührt worden ist (bis die Vorhandlung vollzogen ist).
