The Eulogy and Procedure of the ‘Honey-Cow’ Gift

Madhudhenudāna

प्रशस्तपत्रश्रवणा प्रमाणात्परितस्तता॥ सर्वलक्षणसंयुक्ता सप्तधान्यान्विता तथा॥

praśasta-patra-śravaṇā pramāṇāt paritas-tatā || sarva-lakṣaṇa-saṃyuktā sapta-dhānyānvitā tathā ||

Mit lobenswerten, blattgleichen Ohren, im Maß stimmig und ringsum gleichmäßig ausgebreitet, soll sie mit allen glückverheißenden Merkmalen versehen sein und ebenso von den sieben Getreidearten begleitet werden.
