देहस्थः सकलो ज्ञेयो निष्कलो देहवर्जितः । आप्तोपदेशगम्योऽसौ सर्वतः समवस्थितः ॥३३॥
देहस्थः सकलः ज्ञेयः निष्कलः देह-वर्जितः । आप्त-उपदेश-गम्यः असौ सर्वतः समवस्थितः ।
dehasthaḥ sakalo jñeyo niṣkalo dehavarjitaḥ | āptopadeśagamyo 'sau sarvataḥ samavasthitaḥ ||33||
Im Körper befindlich ist Er als „mit Teilen/Attributen“ (sakala) zu erkennen; und doch ist Er teil-los (niṣkala), vom Körper unberührt. Er ist durch die Unterweisung eines verlässlichen Gewährsmannes (āpta) erkennbar und überall gleich gegenwärtig.
When situated in the body, He is to be known as ‘with parts/attributes’ (sakala); (yet) He is partless (niṣkala), free from the body. He is knowable through the instruction of a trustworthy authority (āpta); He is equally present everywhere.
