तस्मिन्गते मुनिवरे विश्वामित्रस्तपोनिधिः । कौत्सं विद्यावतां श्रेष्ठं विससर्ज गृहान्प्रति

tasmingate munivare viśvāmitrastaponidhiḥ | kautsaṃ vidyāvatāṃ śreṣṭhaṃ visasarja gṛhānprati

Als jener vortreffliche Weise fortgegangen war, entließ Viśvāmitra—Schatz der Askese—Kautsa, den Ersten unter den Gelehrten, damit er heimkehre.
