Agastya
Tirtha: Ayodhyā
Type: kshetra
Scene: Agastya narrates: Viṣṇu (Jagannātha, Śrīpati, Hṛṣīkeśa) smiles with joy after being praised by Dharma and prepares to speak; Dharma stands reverently before him.
Sincere praise (stuti) pleases the Lord, leading to divine guidance; noble understanding of dharma invites revelation.
Ayodhyā is the overarching māhātmya context, framing the dialogue and the Lord’s response.
No explicit prescription; the verse highlights the devotional act of stuti and its fruit—divine favor and instruction.
