अमरोऽसौ हराज्जातः शूले प्रोतः सुदारुणे । शूलस्थस्तु स्तुतिं चक्रे तस्य तुष्टो महेश्वरः
amaro'sau harājjātaḥ śūle protaḥ sudāruṇe | śūlasthastu stutiṃ cakre tasya tuṣṭo maheśvaraḥ
Jener wurde „unsterblich“, aus Hara hervorgegangen, und auf einen überaus schrecklichen Dreizack gespiesst. Doch selbst auf dem Dreizack brachte er Lobpreis dar; und Maheśvara war mit ihm zufrieden.
