Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva grants Dakṣa a startling boon—future attainment of Gaṇeśāna at kalpa’s end—then vanishes in radiant antardhāna; Dakṣa looks up in awe as the light recedes.
Divine grace can transform destiny across cosmic time; contentment in rightful duty supports spiritual elevation.
The boon narrative is part of Prabhāsa-kṣetra’s Vastrāpathakṣetra Māhātmya.
No specific rite is prescribed; the instruction emphasizes obedience to divine command and peaceful performance of one’s role.
