Transliteration

snātvā saṃpūjya tīrtheśaṃ pratīhāraḥ samabhyagāt | śiṣyeṇa sahito vegādrathenādityavarcasā

Translation

Nachdem er gebadet und den Herrn des Tīrtha gebührend verehrt hatte, kam der Pratīhāra (Palastbeamte) eilends heran, zusammen mit seinem Schüler, auf einem Wagen, der wie die Sonne strahlte.
