Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 4

कृत्वा पद्मासनं धीरो निश्चलोऽभूद्द्विजोत्तमः । विधाय कन्धराबंधमृजुनासावलोककः

kṛtvā padmāsanaṃ dhīro niścalo'bhūddvijottamaḥ | vidhāya kandharābaṃdhamṛjunāsāvalokakaḥ

In der Lotushaltung sitzend, wurde der standhafte, beste der Zweifachgeborenen reglos. Nachdem er Nacken und Schultern richtig ausgerichtet hatte, richtete er den Blick sanft entlang der geraden Linie der Nase.
