Type: kshetra
Listener: A king (nṛpa) addressed in the section
Scene: A commanding divine figure addresses assembled ṛṣis, directing them to proceed to the yajña-maṇḍapa; the promise of arrival to ‘bring Bali under control’ hangs like a vow over the sacred landscape.
Dharma is restored through coordinated sacred action—yajña led by sages and divine presence completing the purpose.
The instruction ‘go there’ belongs to the Vastrāpatha Kṣetra narrative setting within Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa.
Performance/arrangement of a mahāmakha (great yajña) by the sages is explicitly prescribed.
