śrutvā hi vākyaṃ vividhaṃ narendrātprahṛṣṭaromā sa munirbabhūva | jijñāsamāno hi nṛpasya sarvaṃ nivārayāmāsa munirnarendram
Als der Weise die vielfältigen Worte des Königs hörte, geriet er in Entzücken, und ihm standen die Haare zu Berge. Doch um die Absicht des Herrschers ganz zu erkennen, suchte der Weise den König zurückzuhalten.
