Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (Pārvatī)
Scene: Devotees approach a glowing liṅga named Jvāleśvara; the aura suggests residual flame-tejas; a devotee’s posture conveys release and purification as the shrine’s radiance washes over them.
Darśana of a sanctified liṅga is presented as a powerful purifier, dissolving accumulated pāpa through sacred contact.
Jvāleśvara liṅga in Prabhāsakṣetra.
Darśana (visiting/seeing) is itself prescribed as efficacious; no additional rite is specified here.
