Transliteration

dvārakācakratīrthe ye nivasaṃti narottamāḥ | teṣāṃ nivāritāḥ sarve yamena yamakiṃkarāḥ

Translation

Für die besten der Menschen, die am Cakratīrtha von Dvārakā wohnen, werden alle Diener Yamas von Yama selbst zurückgehalten und belästigen sie nicht.
