तस्यां हि गोमतीस्नानं द्विषङ्गोदावरीफलम् । अवगाहिता प्रयत्नेन सिंहांते गौतमी सकृत्
tasyāṃ hi gomatīsnānaṃ dviṣaṅgodāvarīphalam | avagāhitā prayatnena siṃhāṃte gautamī sakṛt
Dann bringt das Bad in der Gomatī die Frucht eines doppelt so großen Verdienstes wie das berühmte der Godāvarī. Wer sich mit Mühe auch nur einmal in der Gautamī am Ende von Siṃha (Löwe) badet, erlangt eben diese Frucht.
