ततो दिनावसाने तु गुहामेकां समाश्रितः । भूमौ पद्मानि निक्षिप्य क्षुधाविष्टः प्रसुप्तवान्

tato dināvasāne tu guhāmekāṃ samāśritaḥ | bhūmau padmāni nikṣipya kṣudhāviṣṭaḥ prasuptavān

Dann, am Ende des Tages, nahm er Zuflucht in einer Höhle. Er legte die Lotosblüten auf den Boden und, vom Hunger überwältigt, schlief er ein.
