Tirtha: Bhadrakarṇa-hrada and Bhadrakarṇa-liṅga
Type: kund
Listener: Bhadrakarṇa / general audience of pilgrims
Scene: A teacherly proclamation: pilgrims line up at the lake for snāna, then offer flowers and lamps to the liṅga; above, a symbolic Śiva-loka is depicted as a luminous realm, indicating the promised destination.
Consistent sacred practice—bathing at the tīrtha and worshiping the liṅga—bears transcendent fruit, culminating in Śiva’s realm.
The same Arbuda tīrtha centered on Bhadrakarṇa Lake and its liṅga.
Perform snāna at the tīrtha and liṅga-pūjā (worship of the liṅga).
