Transliteration

pitṝṇāṃ ca parā tuṣṭiryāvadābhūtasaṃplavam | purāsīdbhārgavo rāmaḥ sarvaśastrabhṛtāṃ varaḥ

Translation

Und den Ahnen (Pitṛ) wird höchste Genugtuung zuteil, die bis zum Ende des Zeitalters währt. In alter Zeit lebte Bhārgava Rāma, der Vortrefflichste unter allen Waffenträgern.
