Transliteration

athā'sau bhagavāñchāṃtaḥ priyāduḥkhasamanvitaḥ | krodhaṃ cakre viśeṣeṇa dṛṣṭvā taṃ purataḥ sthitam

Translation

Da wurde der erhabene Herr — obgleich friedvoll, doch von Kummer um die Geliebte erfüllt — von heftiger Wut ergriffen, als er ihn vor sich stehen sah.
