Transliteration

tato yugasahasrāṃte vibuddhaḥ kamalāsanaḥ | ekākī ciṃtayāmāsa kathaṃ sṛṣṭirbhavediti

Translation

Dann, am Ende von tausend Yugas, erwachte der Lotos-Thronende (Brahmā). Allein sann er nach: „Wie soll die Schöpfung entstehen?“
