Transliteration

pārthānāmnyabhavatsādhvī devalasya priyā satī | tayā pūrvaṃ tapastaptaṃ tatra sthāne mahīpate

Translation

Es gab eine tugendhafte Frau namens Pārthā, die geliebte und treue Gattin Devalas. An eben diesem Ort, o König, übte sie einst Tapas, heilige Askese.
