वत्स उवाच । अहं तत्र गमिष्यामि यत्र त्वं गंतुमिच्छसि । श्लाघ्यं हि मरणं मेऽद्य त्वया सह न संशयः
vatsa uvāca | ahaṃ tatra gamiṣyāmi yatra tvaṃ gaṃtumicchasi | ślāghyaṃ hi maraṇaṃ me'dya tvayā saha na saṃśayaḥ
Vatsa sprach: Ich werde dorthin gehen – wohin immer du zu gehen wünschst. Wahrlich, heute mit dir zu sterben wäre ein rühmlicher, ehrenvoller Tod; daran besteht kein Zweifel.
