vatsa uvāca | ahaṃ tatra gamiṣyāmi yatra tvaṃ gaṃtumicchasi | ślāghyaṃ hi maraṇaṃ me'dya tvayā saha na saṃśayaḥ
Vatsa
Listener: Kapilā
Scene: Vatsa declares he will accompany his mother; the pair stand poised to depart, the son’s face resolute, the mother’s sorrow softened by pride and concern.
Mātṛ-bhakti is portrayed as a highest virtue, where sharing the mother’s dharmic burden is considered noble.
The immediate verse is a moral dialogue within the Arbudakhaṇḍa setting; it does not name a specific tīrtha.
None; it presents an ethical resolve rooted in devotion and dharma.
