pulastya uvāca | evaṃ stutā jaganmātā tānuvāca surottamān | varo me yācyatāṃ śīghramabhīṣṭaḥ surasattamāḥ
Pulastya
Tirtha: Arbuda/Arbudācala (contextual)
Type: peak
Scene: The World-Mother, radiant and composed, addresses the assembled devas after their hymn, inviting them to ask a boon; devas stand with folded hands in a sacred mountain setting.
Sincere praise (stuti) culminates in divine grace; the Devī responds by inviting the devotees to state their righteous wish.
The narrative belongs to the Arbuda Khaṇḍa milieu; this verse itself is dialogic and does not name a tīrtha.
None; it depicts the Purāṇic pattern of stuti leading to vara-pradāna (granting of boons).
