अत्र मे सततं वासो भविष्यति द्विजोत्तम । यस्मात्तस्मात्सदा स्नानं कर्तव्यं सुसमाहितैः
atra me satataṃ vāso bhaviṣyati dvijottama | yasmāttasmātsadā snānaṃ kartavyaṃ susamāhitaiḥ
„Hier wird meine beständige Wohnstatt sein, o Bester der Brāhmaṇas. Darum sollen die in Sammlung und Achtsamkeit Verweilenden hier stets das Bad vollziehen.“
Sarasvatī (contextual continuation of tīrtha declaration)
Tirtha: Piṇḍodaka-tīrtha
Type: kund
Listener: Nṛpaśreṣṭha (king) as primary listener in frame; dvijottama addressed within the scene
Scene: A serene tīrtha on a mountain foothill; Devī’s invisible yet palpable presence is suggested by a luminous aura over the waters while composed pilgrims prepare for ritual bathing.
A tīrtha is powerful because of sustained divine presence; disciplined, mindful practice is the proper way to receive its fruit.
The Sarasvatī-abiding tīrtha in the Arbuda region, established as a place of continual divine residence.
Regular snāna at this tīrtha, to be done with a composed and focused mind (su-samāhita).
