Transliteration

tasmādatropadeśaṃ te prayacchāmi susaṃmatam | yena te syādasaṃdigdhaṃ kṣayavyādhi parikṣayaḥ

Translation

Darum werde ich dir hier eine wohlbewährte Unterweisung geben, durch die—ohne jeden Zweifel—deine zehrende Krankheit völlig zum Ende gebracht wird.
