Transliteration

śivaṃ vā somavāreṇa śuklāṣṭamyāṃ viśeṣataḥ | śayane bodhane viṣṇuṃ samyakchraddhāsamanvitaḥ

Translation

Oder an einem Montag—besonders am achten Mondtag der hellen Monatshälfte—soll man Śiva verehren; und zu den Observanzen von Viṣṇus „Schlaf“ und „Erwachen“ soll man Viṣṇu mit rechter, standhafter Hingabe ordnungsgemäß verehren.
