Transliteration

tatastaṃ tejasā hīnaṃ durgaṃdhena samāvṛtam | brahmahatyodbhavaiścihnairanyairapi pṛthagvidhaiḥ

Translation

Dann sahen sie ihn—seines Glanzes beraubt, von üblem Gestank umhüllt und gezeichnet von mancherlei Merkmalen, die aus der Sünde der brahmahatyā (Brahmanenmord) entsprangen, dazu noch von anderen vielfältigen Makeln.
