Scene: Indra tells Viṣṇu that the daitya has installed himself in svarga; Indra and the assembled devas come together to Viṣṇu as their refuge.
When adharma usurps rightful order, surrender to the Supreme is presented as the sure path to restoration.
Śvetadvīpa is implied as the refuge where Indra and the devas approach Viṣṇu.
No explicit ritual here; it sets up the forthcoming instruction of tapas as a means to regain strength.
