Narrator (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Durvāsā, radiant with joy, raises his hand in blessing as the donor’s land-gift is affirmed; artisans begin laying foundations for a prāsāda in a tīrtha landscape.
Atonement culminates in auspicious action: charity (land-gift) and establishing worship through a temple transforms conflict into sacred merit.
The narrative sacralizes the location where the Śiva-prāsāda is built, but the tīrtha’s proper name is not contained in this verse alone.
Land donation accompanied by svasti (benediction) and the construction of a prāsāda (temple) for Śiva are the key prescribed acts.
