Transliteration

tasmādbhūmirmayā dattā śaṃbhuharmyakṛte tava | asminsthāne dvijaśreṣṭha prāsādaṃ kartumarhasi

Translation

Darum habe ich dir dieses Land gegeben, damit du den Tempelpalast Śambhus errichtest. O Bester der Zweimalgeborenen, an eben diesem Ort sollst du ein prāsāda, ein Heiligtum, bauen.
