नायमत्यंतसंवासः कस्यचित्केनचित्सह । अपि स्वेन शरीरेण किमुतान्यैर्वृथा जनैः

nāyamatyaṃtasaṃvāsaḥ kasyacitkenacitsaha | api svena śarīreṇa kimutānyairvṛthā janaiḥ

Niemand verweilt wahrhaft für immer mit irgendwem. Selbst mit dem eigenen Körper gibt es keine dauernde Gefährtenschaft—wie viel weniger mit anderen Menschen, die am Ende nur vorübergehende Weggenossen sind.
