स त्वं जानासि चेद्ब्रूहि इन्द्रद्युम्नं महीपतिम् । चिरंतनो मयापि त्वं तेन प्रष्टुं समागतः
sa tvaṃ jānāsi cedbrūhi indradyumnaṃ mahīpatim | ciraṃtano mayāpi tvaṃ tena praṣṭuṃ samāgataḥ
„So sprich, wenn du es weißt, von König Indradyumna, dem Herrscher der Erde. Du bist uralt, und auch ich bin gekommen, dich nach ihm zu befragen.“
