इंद्रद्युम्नं प्रवक्ष्यामि सांप्रतं मुनिसत्तमाः । यद्वंशो यत्प्रभावश्च सर्वभूपालमानितः
iṃdradyumnaṃ pravakṣyāmi sāṃprataṃ munisattamāḥ | yadvaṃśo yatprabhāvaśca sarvabhūpālamānitaḥ
„Nun, o beste der Weisen, will ich von Indradyumna sprechen – von seiner Abstammung und seiner Größe, die von allen Königen geehrt wird.“
