स वाग्भिर्मधुभिस्तस्य अभ्युत्थानासनादिभिः । उपचारैः पुनर्युक्तः कृतार्थ इव मानयन्

Transliteration

sa vāgbhirmadhubhistasya abhyutthānāsanādibhiḥ | upacāraiḥ punaryuktaḥ kṛtārtha iva mānayan

Translation

Er ehrte ihn, als wäre sein eigenes Ziel erfüllt: mit süßen Worten, indem er sich zum Empfang erhob, einen Sitz darbot und immer wieder die üblichen Dienste und Ehrenbezeugungen erwies.
